I wear these as law enforcement walking shoe for unbloused BDU attire,,,EVEN though I would have preferred the older style with thicker sole area/profile that I couldnt locate online. THIS particular later style is a bit thinner in sole profile to my preference. BUT i still like these particular style as alternative to standard shoe cost and comfort. As side note, I find that these are VERY excellent all weather shoes that keep my feet dry when working in moderate to heavy rain/puddles etc. I would not have had that expectation to be able to trounce in deep puddles and stay dry with this low top sports shoe.
