My wife first saw this watch in Dillard's department store. She tried it on and fell in love with it immediately. She thought it was a gold watch at first. I must admit, I thought it was made out of gold to. The biggest surprise was when we found out it was made out of brass. The features of the watch are really perfect. After we got the watch, she does not want to remove it, as it is so comfortable. The appearance is very feminine and although it is not waterproof, it is water resistant to 30 meters, meaning that it should be able to withstand a splash.
The clasp is a little bit tricky to learn, but once you try it a few times, it really isn't that bad. Congratulations to Seiko for such an eloquent design.
